Hi there, I’m Niilo the owner of Mecha_Dawg, I’m a transgender man based in the UK, I’ve been in the fandom for over 16 years. I’ve always admired suits with a more alternative, over the top and punk style, it’s greatly inspired my approach to fursuit making and what aesthetic choices I make for my suits.
In the last year I began building fursuits full time with a focus on showing off a characters big personality and style! We want to go above and beyond to bring your character to life, and we’re never afraid of a challenge, we’re dedicated to improving our process with every suit so the more challenging the better. We also want to give you a sense of community within the fandom, which is why we hope to see you join the family soon. ^^

I cannot recommend Mecha Dawg enough! From start to finish, the entire commissioning process was an absolute pleasure.
Communication: Fantastic. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the project.
Turnaround Time: Impeccable. The suit was completed much faster than I anticipated without sacrificing any attention to detail.
Quality & Vision: The craftsmanship is amazing, and the vision inside the head is outstanding. It is easily one of the most comfortable and well-made suits I've ever worn.

Extremely high standards.
Niilo never fails to amaze with their high quality and beautiful fursuits. I've had two fursuits from them now and both have been up to extremely high standards and have survived my vigorous fursuit outings and adventures. Niilo is a lovely person and I can't wait to work with them again and see what they do for the refurb of my Todd fursuit.
An incredible maker.
Working with Niilo was a genuine dream. It was my first time commissioning a suit from somebody, and Niilo was an incredible maker to have that first experience with. Niilo made sure I was happy at every detail added onto my suit, and he brought my character to life in a way which I don’t think anybody else could have done better!!

Working with Niilo on my first fursuit has been nothing but smooth sailing and amazing communication! He was very helpful with translating my fursona’s design into what the suit would actually look like, making sure every detail, shape or marking was perfect! As mentioned, communication was perfect and whenever an update was due or requested he communicated asap! Will definitely be getting another suit from him!
