Mecha_Dawg Terms of Service

- Mecha_Dawg does not work with clients under the age of 18.

- Mecha_Dawg does not work to hard deadlines however will keep you updated on estimated completion time.

- When submitting a character design within your application form you have presented that you have the right or permission to commission a costume of it. Damages by other persons/parties by the client’s misrepresentation of character ownership will fall back onto the client, as it is not my responsibility to investigate the ‘owner’ of a design.

- Clients have access to a private telegram group where updates and progress are posted so you are kept informed throughout the commission process. If you do not use telegram then the same updates can be sent directly to you on a platform of your choice if requested.

- Our dog has access to the work room, but never comes into direct contact with any materials we use. If you have severe allergies, please reconsider your purchase.

- All items will be clean and sanitised before shipping out.

- Mecha_Dawg provides a one year warranty for repairs and alterations for all commissions, this document can be requested by clients in advance however does not come into effect until the commission has arrived with the client.

- All sensitive information provided to Mecha_Dawg will remain private.

- It will not be used for any other purposes other than invoices, shipping and or customs forms etc.

- Sensitive information may include legal names, addresses, emails, and or phone number.

- The client can request to remain anonymous and keep their commission private, however we do ask for an anonymous fee to be paid if this is the case. This fee is 10% of your total quoted price

- Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

- Payment plans are accepted and entirely flexible! However where possible we recommend that clients pay in full or utilise financing options via their credit card or loans provided by official financial institutions. 

- Every client is asked to pay an initial 30% deposit in order to secure their commission slot.

- The clients initial deposit covers material costs and is non refundable, work will begin once it is your turn in the queue and your suit has been at least 50% paid off, no client receives their completed suit until they are 100% paid off.

- If the a client on a payment plan fails to complete the scheduled payments within 7 days of the due date without any prior communication, their commission will be put on hold and a 10% late fee will be required upon making the payment, in an instance where this issue repeats 3+ times the commission may be cancelled and is non refundable

- The client is responsible for all shipping fees including postage, insurance and any customs.

- The client may request for an Apple Airtag in the package for £30 to provide extra security upon shipping. The AirTag will be reset and in possession of the client upon arrival. The AirTag is for shipping security only. The client is instructed to pair the AirTag to their own device or remove the battery to disable tracking. 

- If a client requests Mecha_Dawg will be able to travel and hand deliver commissions, in this scenario the client is required to cover travel costs for this delivery. The costs will be discussed ahead of time with the client and the client will be provided with receipts as proof of discussed costs. This is not limited to UK residents and hand deliveries can be done internationally, all the same rules above apply.

- Mecha_Dawg is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

- Mecha_Dawg ships all commissions in discreet packaging and where possible recycles previously used boxes to be more eco friendly.
